Filmore has been in Business for nearly 50 years and has been a major contractor in the Construction Field.  We have now worked on Filmore's projects for 6 years which mainly consist of the Detroit Public Schools. We have repaired and Restored over 40 Schools without for DPS alone. The Building Engineers have reported leak problems to us that have occured for as long as 15 years with no resolution. Our Company gave them results immediately.

Roof Restoration Technologies worked for our Company 2 years ago and did what they said they were going to do in the exact time frame. Steve and his crew removed a 25 year old stone ballast roof system at our 390 Park Street location. The roof was replaced with a new Epdm membrane and coated with a Radiant Barrier Coating "Garna Thane". Roof Restoration Technologies repaired and restored the roofs at 404 N Cass and 724 Cezar Chavez. They also replaced the complete roof at our main building located at 454 North cass Ave. in Pontiac.

 As Maintenance director of St Clement Schools and Parish, I am pleased to recommend the services of Mr steve magnes and his crew at Roof restoration Technologies. We first enlisted the services of this company about 5 years ago. Our complex consists of six buildings, many with additional sub roofs. Some of these units were constructed more than 50 years ago and were a contonuing source of maintenance expense.

 Mr Magnes provided us with a comprehensive survey of our needs and instituted a preventative maintenance program which has resulted in a significant decrease in repair expense.  Our Maintenance garage was stripped and re-roofed by his crew useing state of the art material aproxmately two years ago. Since then we have not experienced any problems on this building.
